What Your Warranty Covers
We back everything we install. Here's what's included with every Jacob Showers and Baths project.
Workmanship — Lifetime
Every installation performed by a Jacob Showers and Baths crew is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. If something was installed incorrectly, we fix it. No charge, no argument.
Wall Surrounds & Panels
Our composite wall systems are covered against cracking, peeling, and delamination under normal use for the life of your ownership in the home.
Shower Bases & Pans
Shower bases and floor systems are warranted against defects in material and manufacture. If it fails under normal use, we make it right.
Hardware & Accessories
Grab bars, shelving systems, doors, and coordinating accessories are covered against manufacturer defects for a minimum of one year from installation.
What's Not Covered
We want to be straightforward about what falls outside the warranty so there are never any surprises.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper cleaning products
- Normal wear and aging of finishes over time
- Damage from structural or plumbing issues unrelated to the installation
- Work performed by a third party after Jacob installation
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function or structural integrity
